Publishing rule
Automation is allowed only when it creates useful, data-backed analysis. It must not fabricate evidence, impersonate official sources, or mass-publish thin pages.
Quality gates
Generated drafts need structured JSON validation, a minimum number of supporting data points, at least two internal links, a visible process disclosure, and a source summary. Failed drafts are stored as failed GenerationRun rows instead of being published.
